Hello my name is Jeannette Guerra and I live in Manteca Ca (Nor-Cal) I am a mother of 4 young adults and a grandmother to my first grandson. I Lost my job 7 mo. ago and because of that I am loosing my home of 13 years. My dream was to always move to San Diego when my children were grown and out of the house. Now that my children are grown, I would like to start a new life over in San Diego. It will just be me and my 14 year old daughter that will be relocating. My other 3 children are already out of the nest. Not only will I be helping you but you will be helping me with my new fresh start in life. I started Real Estate Appraisal cources this month and im hoping to be able to get on my feet and prosper in San Diego.

What I offer is to take care of your home as if it were my own. Believe me, your home will be more of a blessing to me then I will be to your home. I do know how to do yard work if you need me to do that. I have mowed my lawn and pulled my weeds for 13 years.

I will be available to move in in this Aug. My 3rd oldest child will be attending University of San Francisco in Aug. I would like to spend this summer with her before she goes off to explore her own world.
