If you wish to keep your Ad up longer than 90 days, you will need to log in, and visit your Ad listing, Then Click on [Edit Listing] look for the EXPIRE DATE: which is in decimel format (e.g. 06.11.2009) and change the date to when you want your Ad to expire.
