We wish to introduce ourselves - Joe and Ros Falvo. We are a semi retired middle aged energetic couple. We are non smokers and non drinkers and have grown children (both professional) who live away. We have businesses which are self managed and we only require fast internet connection to stay connected. We are looking for new opportunities and wish to experience new places before deciding where to settle. We have previous housesitting experience and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity. We are home owners ourselves and are extremely conscientious of respecting the property and privacy of others.
Due to our previous businesses - Owner/Operator of our own Real Estate and Property Maintenace Office(both fully licensed Agents) we have gained valuable knowledge in both property and pool maintenance. We have also been Owner/Managers of our own Backpacker/Boarding/Student Accommodation Properties. We love anything to do with pets and gardens and more recently Joe has gained experience in Golf Course Maintenance and Upkeep. We are open to suggestions regarding where we go to and are available from November 2009. If you can see us caring for your home/property we would love to hear from you.
